Independent Living activities are designed with holistic support for Independent Residents who continue to choose what to do and how to fill their days. Planned activities focus on making social connections, wellness and recreation. Various religious programs are planned throughout the month, as well as fitness, gardening, birthday celebrations game nights and musical performances. Staying connected with the community at large means residents can attend a local theater production of Grease including a lunch buffet and performance with transportation. Educational offerings in July include a discussion called “Medicare 101 and Beyond” presented by a Licensed Medicare Agent in the Community room.
