Edenton Frederick announced today that Jennifer Holmes has been promoted to Executive Director. In this newly-created position, Holmes will be responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of Edenton’s Frederick campus, including independent living, home care, assisted living and memory care.
Holmes returned to Edenton in 2023 as assistant administrator. With over 20 years of experience in senior living, case management and long-term care organizations, Holmes brings a wealth of knowledge to Edenton Frederick. Holmes was formerly the Director of Community Relations for Edenton, and her experience includes resident care oversight, service coordination, regulations compliance, and recruitment. Holmes is a respected leader, and she has a deep understanding of senior living needs.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Potsdam College of the State University of New York and a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the State University of New York, Institute of Technology. In 2024 she completed the Assisted Living Manager certification program and is now licensed in the state of Maryland.
