Garden House activities are geared to enhance individual best day functioning. January 16 will feature a “Polar Plunge” activity where beverages of different temperatures will be sampled to help determine personal preferences for hot, cold or in the middle. Snacks, music and prizes will be part of the fun. Using music and working on distant memories are part of the program, and New Year’s Day includes Big Band Music on CD by the Fire. Additional memory stimulating activities include “Word of the Day”, Table Games and Memory Cards.
