Activities planned for Independent Living residents include a mix of community outings, lectures brought into Edenton, and opportunities to mix and mingle with friends around shared interests. National Senior Citizens Day will be marked at Edenton with an Ice Cream Social sponsored by FESCO Energy. On August 5 Bayada will be presenting a lecture in the Community Room called “Protecting Your Brain”. The book club meets in the Library each month to discuss the monthly book reading selection. Other scheduled activities include Happy Hour, an outing to the Theater to see “Guys and Dolls”, Lifetime Singers, Yoga, Wellness Clinic, and Worship Services.
